Mrs Natasha de Klerk is a Professional Associate in the Department of Nursing Science. She brings over eight years of part-time experience in academia.

 

Her ultimate passion is adult critical care nursing. She presents her teaching expertise in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Her teaching expertise and research focus lie in adult critical care nursing, mental health care, well-being and job satisfaction in healthcare settings, simulation and innovative teaching methodologies, evidence-based nursing and management, as well as general nursing science.

 

Mrs de Klerk takes pleasure in co-supervising under- and postgraduate research. She exceptionally and skilfully assists in correlating theory into practice, empowering student growth and independence. She has a strong interest in qualitative research methodologies.
