Dr Nolundi Radana

Dr Nolundi Radana is a Head of Department at the Department of Nursing Science, and has worked in academia at various Universities. Her research interest is in the area of Mental Health, particularly within nursing education.

Dr Radana enjoys research supervision and is currently supervising various undergraduate, Masters and Doctoral projects.  She has successfully supervised two Masters students, has done multiple podium presentations and published a book chapter.  She has examined more than ten theses and dissertations and has been involved in various portfolios related to professional bodies and collaborations. These portfolios and collaborations include the Nursing Education Association (NEA), Forum for University Deans in South Africa (FUNDISA) and being a member of various ethical and research committees as well as acting as quality advisor, moderation coordinator and independent referee for various nursing education institutions.
